No conference succeeds without the enthusiasm and hard work of volunteers donating their time to take part in your event. Not only do these wonderful people keep costs down, but drawing from your community creates a sense of ownership of your event, and word from your excited volunteers reaches their colleagues, setting off a chain reaction of anticipation.

How we do it:

• Through our unique networks, we recruit enthusiastic and energetic volunteers for your event.
• OOMPH! manages the relationship between you and your volunteers and ensures they’re getting the most out of their experience and are excited to contribute to your event, this year and in the future.
• Tapping into what excites and motivates them, we support them throughout the conference cycle.
• We look after recruitment, scheduling, training orienting, and managing volunteers on-site.
• Post-conference volunteer surveys gather information to keep your event improving for volunteers.
• We ask them to come back and provide post-event recognition. Because of their positive experiences, many do.
